I'm Mike Tilley, an independent home renovation contractor servicing Guelph, Ontario and surrounding area. With over 20 years experience, I have been helping people achieve their home improvement dreams.
Whether sprucing up your home for sale, or refreshing your bathroom, consider hiring Tilley's to bring your plans to life. Being an independent contractor, I provide people with personal, reasonably priced service. I operate without the burden of large overhead costs, and do most of the work myself, with as little disruption as possible. Depending on the project, I bring in licensed professionals to take care of electrical and plumbing needs.
My word is my bond. Once hired, I work within the parameters of our project agreement, without delays or absence, to its completion. I'm my harshest critic. Guaranteed.

Mike Tilley is a gifted tradesperson, particularly as a carpenter. In my 1860s house, he has plastered; dry-walled; painted; sourced and installed a hard-to-find flooring that matches the original hardwood; and gutted and renovated an entire room, which required extensive custom carpentry. On the outside, he has installed board and batten, re-built my deck, and installed eavestroughs on my shed. He consistently sets high standards for himself and maintains a disciplined work ethic.
